The 2024 DSP Online Conference
Here we go!
This week is the fifth edition of the DSP Online Conference! This milestone year marks our 5th anniversary, and we’re celebrating with a stellar lineup of renowned DSP experts like fred harris, Rick Lyons, Julius Orion Smith III, and Dan Boschen. These industry leaders will be generously sharing their knowledge and insights with the DSP community.
Why Attend?
Even if your schedule is packed this week, purchasing a pass grants you on-demand access to all sessions until September 2025. This means you can learn at your own pace and revisit the presentations most relevant to you whenever it fits your schedule.
Understanding the Schedule
Here’s how this year’s conference is structured:
- Daily Session Releases: Starting at 6 AM EDT each day, new sessions will be released for on-demand viewing. Under each session, you’ll find a chat/forum where you can ask questions or leave feedback directly for the speaker.
- Live Q&A Sessions: For select sessions, speakers will be available to interact live via Zoom throughout the day. To find these, check the 'Live Q&A Session' tab on the homepage or in the schedule section. While not all speakers can accommodate live Q&A sessions, we’re excited to offer this opportunity for those who can.
- Joining Live Q&As: To participate in a live Q&A, simply click on the session at its scheduled time, and you’ll be redirected to the Zoom room.
We’ve designed the live Q&A sessions to be informal—think of it like visiting a professor during office hours, where you can ask questions and dive deeper into the topics. Each live Q&A will last up to 30 minutes, giving you the chance to engage directly with the speaker.
A Few Live Presentations
This year, we’re featuring three live sessions:
- Dan Boschen’s Workshop: Taking place on the second day of the conference (October 30) at 11 AM EDT.
- Fred Harris’ Presentations: Scheduled for Thursday, October 31, at 10 AM EDT and Noon EDT.
If you’re unable to attend these live presentations, don’t worry—they’ll be recorded and made available on-demand within a few hours after they conclude.
We’re thrilled to have you join us for this year’s conference and hope you gain valuable insights and inspiration from our incredible lineup.
